Jerry Gissel taught our lesson today in Elder's Quorum about remembering the blessings that the Lord has given us. He is an excellent teacher and he taught from Henry B Eyring's talk in conference last year http://lds.org/conference/talk/display/0,5232,23-1-775-24,00.html
He challenged us all to write in our Journals more and write down our experiences of life. I know I can do better and I have a bad memory so it helps me remember things when I write them down.
